Availability, Toxicity and Conditions of Sale
Blue Geranium Florist Ltd reserves the right to change or substitute flower types, packaging and gift items to provide an item of equal or greater value as all products are subject to availability. Blue Geranium Florist Ltd will contact you only when it is necessary.


In the event that Blue Geranium Florist Ltd is unable to supply a Blue Geranium Florist Ltd product or any substitute product to you/client/customer at all, Blue Geranium Florist Ltd shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
Some flower, foliage or plant products stocked and sold by Blue Geranium Florist Ltd may be toxic or poisonous. Please ensure that no flowers, plants or foliage are eaten. If adverse reactions to plant material occurs, please visit your local Accident and Emergency department immediately. If unsure, please call us on 01803 868983 before placing your order. Thank you


Confirmation and Delivery


The following information relates only to same day & next day flower orders.


Orders within the Blue Geranium Florist Ltd delivery zones as indicated when ordering shall be delivered by a member of the Blue Geranium Florist Ltd team.


In order for Blue Geranium Florist Ltd to deliver a requested gift on the date specified, complete, accurate details of the recipient, including a recognisable recipient name, address details, postcode and contact telephone number(s) are required.


Incorrect details provided may lead to problems or delays. Before placing your order, please ensure to include the full correct delivery address details, including accurate postcode and telephone number of the intended recipient PLUS your daytime contact telephone number or mobile number and your e-mail address.


Delivery charges are additional to the flower charges advertised during the initial shopping stages of the website.


When ordering flowers and gifts for the same delivery date and all to the same address, only one delivery charge will apply. This only applies within Blue Geranium Florists' delivery zones.


On rare occasions that supplementary charges may be necessary for customers who request delivery in a remote rural area of the UK, you will be advised prior to any delivery taking place of these additional delivery charges.


Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards; including Visa, MasterCard and American Express through Square or PayPal. You may also give your debit/credit card details via the phone to a Blue Geranium Florist Ltd member of staff. Phone orders are process via a virtual terminal with Square. When Blue Geranium Florist Ltd receives your online order, an automatic email is sent confirming your order details. This e-mail shall be directed to the email address you supplied upon registration/order placement. If your email has an error/typo, a confirmation email receipt will not be received at the customer end of the chain.


You will be issued an order reference number for any future correspondence relating to the order.


By clicking the ‘Send It" or "Submit" button on the Contact form, you are consenting to be bound by Blue Geranium Florist Ltd's Terms and Conditions (T&C's) - Privacy is paramount and complies with current GDPR. Please state clearly if you do not want to remain on Blue Geranium Florist' contact address list.


Same Day Delivery to recipients local to Blue Geranium Florist Ltd by telephone only (no later than 12 pm noon GMT). Website orders preferred 1+ days in an advance notice or no later than 11 am for same-day delivery.


The AM or PM preference is just that - a preference. Blue Geranium Florist Ltd cannot guarantee any delivery times for gift orders. Funeral orders will be delivered 2 hrs before the funeral time, or as requested by the Funeral Director, but cannot be ordered online. Blue Geranium Florist Ltd recommends that you place funeral orders at least 3 working days in advance of the funeral date. Blue Geranium Florist Ltd will always try to adhere to your requested preference wherever possible.


There are no deliveries carried out on a Sunday or on a Bank Holiday, (except Mothering Sunday and St Valentine's Day (Sunday and sometimes the Sunday before Christmas). Orders that are received via the Blue Geranium Florist Ltd website on these days will be processed on the next available working day. On occasional rare circumstances where you have telephoned your order through to request a Sunday delivery, Blue Geranium Florist may be able to arrange this for you, with a supplementary charge for "out of business hours service" and the discretion of Blue Geranium Florist Ltd.


Blue Geranium Florist Ltd delivers all non-funeral orders between 9 am and 4 pm (Summer) & 9 am to 2 pm (Winter). Blue Geranium Florist Ltd will endeavour to deliver before 4 pm, especially in the case of birthdays and anniversaries. School and business address opening hours are also taken into consideration by the standard Blue Geranium Florist Ltd delivering service.


Delivery to certain locations where a third party recipient is involved, such as hospitals, airports, hotels and ships, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient. An image of the location and receiver is captured for proof of all dispatches.


In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient, Blue Geranium Florist Ltd (including the florist or third party delivering your order) reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the order form. If the recipient’s telephone number has not been registered as Ex-directory, Blue Geranium Florist Ltd may need to trace the recipient’s telephone number in order to achieve a satisfactory delivery. Equally, Blue Geranium Florist Ltd may leave the flowers with the recipient’s neighbour. A courtesy call to the recipient within the next 36hrs will ensure that they have been received safely.


Whilst no delivery confirmation shall automatically be sent to you, Blue Geranium Florist Ltd will be able to confirm (via verbal communication) any information relevant to the successful completion of your delivery.


Blue Geranium Florist Ltd does not serve a relay company. Blue Geranium Florist Ltd is linked to a network of quality select florists throughout the UK. You may order via Blue Geranium Florist Ltd for National UK orders and send a bouquet of flowers via courier. However Blue Geranium Florist Ltd can source a florist at the nearest location for you in the UK - your order will be referred to a suitable florist upon your approval. Blue Geranium Florist Ltd accepts no responsibility for the referral service.



All perishable Next Day delivery goods may be cancelled up until 12 pm noon/midday on the date prior to delivery.


Where the customer exercises their right to cancel a bouquet of flowers, Blue Geranium Florist Ltd will return clients money to their account within 30 days of cancellation. Online purchases that require a refund will be minus the initial charge that Paypal or Square has charged Blue Geranium Florist.

Complaints Policy

Blue Geranium Florist Ltd is fully committed to providing You the client/customer with the best possible floral and gift delivery service. If you are not satisfied in any way with the service that you have received please inform Blue Geranium Florist Ltd via the ‘Contact/eForm (email form) on the Contact page and your complaint will be investigated. Blue Geranium Florist Ltd will aim to acknowledge all queries within three working days and deal with complaints fully within five working days. Please provide photographic evidence via email and or arrange to return flowers to the shop for inspection.


If Blue Geranium Florist Ltd is satisfied that your complaint is genuine, a suitable replacement or refund/gift voucher may be given. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Because of the perishable nature of Blue Geranium Florist Ltd products and in order to assist in resolving any complaints quickly and to a mutual satisfaction. Blue Geranium Florist Ltd advises you to make any complaint within 3 working days of the delivery. Due to the nature of fresh produce, any complaints received after three days will not be honoured.

Whilst Blue Geranium Florist Ltd agrees to use reasonable endeavours to ensure that their website and telesales department is fully operational and error-free, they cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. Blue Geranium Florist Ltd, therefore, accepts no responsibility or liability for any defects or interruption of service.


Blue Geranium Florist Ltd shall be released from any obligations under these Terms and Conditions in light of any event beyond reasonable control, (i.e. acts of God, civil commotion, riot, flood, fire, drought, war, terrorism, severe weather, Border closure with the EU, Pandemic interruption), which renders the provision of the Blue Geranium Florist Ltd website and/or the Blue Geranium Florist Ltd service impossible or impractical.


Blue Geranium Florist Ltd excludes all liability for any claims, losses, demands and damages, including without limitation, any costs, loss of profits, loss of contracts or business opportunity, loss of data and any other consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, even if Blue Geranium Florist Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising directly or indirectly out of or in any way connected with your use or inability to access the Blue Geranium Florist Ltd website and/or the Blue Geranium Florist Ltd Service, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise provided that nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions affects or will affect you or the recipient's statutory rights in relation to the quality, fitness or description of Blue Geranium Florist Ltd products supplied.


Changes to these terms and conditions may from time to time be made. Blue Geranium Florist Ltd reserves the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions. Changes will be effective 24 hours after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and Blue Geranium Florist Ltd shall be on the new terms and conditions.


Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the UK. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
